Conflict Coaching
Helping People Have Better Outcomes When the Stakes Are High
You know the conversation you need to have.
You know it's going to be a challenge.
Maybe it's a difference of opinion that has you not talking. A colleague who undermines you. A family member you've been avoiding. A direct report who needs honest feedback. A boundary you've never been able to set.
The stakes feel high because they are. The relationship matters. The outcome matters. And you don't want to make things worse.
That's where I come in.
What is Conflict Coaching?
Conflict coaching is one-on-one guidance to help you prepare for, work through, or recover from difficult conversations.
It's not therapy. It's not mediation. It's skill-building, so you can walk into that room and handle it.
With a Master's in Conflict Management and years of work in high-stakes conversations, I help you find your best way forward when emotions run high and communication has broken down.
You'll leave each session with clarity on what to say, how to say it, and how to stay grounded when things get hard.
These are communication skills you keep, long after our work together ends.
Ways to Work Together
Every challenging conversation needs a first step. Here are three. Choose the one that fits your best way forward.
A Conflict Coaching Hour
$250 | One hour | Booked and paid directly
For one focused situation you're trying to think through. We'll work through what's happening, name what's getting in the way, and find your next step. You'll leave with clarity, and with skills you can use whether that next step is a conversation, a decision, or simply seeing things differently.
Best for: For one focused situation you're trying to think through. We'll work through what's happening, what's getting in the way, and find your next step. You'll leave with skills you can use whether that next step is a conversation, a decision, or simply seeing things differently.
A Mediator's Coaching Hour
$250 | One hour | Booked and paid directly
For attorneys, mediators, and conflict professionals working a case. We'll think through the parties, the dynamics, the emotional layer, and the places the case is getting stuck. Drawing on over a decade of mediation practice and training and coaching mediators, nationally.
Best for: Planning, preparation, and mid-case strategy. A multi-party situation that won't move. A high-emotion case where you need a fresh perspective from someone who has been there.
A Free Discovery Call
30 minutes | No cost | A starting point
To explore ongoing coaching, team work, healthcare and organizational engagements, training, or simply figuring out what fits. We'll talk through what you're navigating and find the right path forward together.
Best for: A situation bigger than one hour. Ongoing coaching needs. A team, family, or organization that needs work. A healthcare or training engagement. Or simply not knowing where to start.

Why Work With Me
I don't judge. I get that being human has its hard moments. And I know most of us haven’t learned the skills needed when we disagree. I know that relationships matter and we all want to be heard. I also know that we are all human. We all mess up.
I teach skills, not just strategies. I have deep and vast training, including an MA in Conflict Management and training from Harvard Law's Program on Negotiation. What I teach is evidence-based—communication and conflict skills that work under pressure, not advice that just sounds good.
I work myself out of a job. My goal is for you to handle the next difficult conversation without me. You'll leave better at this than when you started.
